We finally painted our walls!
When we got our place four years ago I have to admit I never liked the yellow/cream colored walls (for our personal taste) it felt too warm and dark. When putting together our decor, picking our furniture we tend to lean more towards modern, but over the years we have found that we are just eclectic.

When putting together our decor, picking our furniture we tend to lean more towards modern, but over the years we have found that we are just eclectic.
We like vintage mid century furniture, modern pieces, pops of color in accessories and art. We also like the contrast in between dark furniture and white walls. Now painting this large area of our place was less that ideal for our busy work schedule.
We finally hired a company to come and paint two of our rooms. We picked white for the walls and a more desaturated brown for the wooden beams and door. We also decided to paint all our window frames white. The end result is just so much brighter.
We love it!
