It's the beginning of 2014, Last year was a bittersweet year for me. Rather than go on and on the things that weren't good about last year, I will say it went by in a blink of an eye and I am still in shock it's 2014 already!
I am pretty good at complaining when I am unhappy about something, but I would like to think I'm also able to see the positive. These are hard times at work, especially in LA and I have been lucky to have a job all through the year. We went through some hard times, but looking back to the year, the things I remember the most are the joyful moments.
Reilly and I had a romantic getaway in Margarita, an Island in Venezuela, last January. My mom and dad came to visit earlier this summer, and I got to take some time off from work to hang out with them. My beloved mother in law, Janelle came to visit later this past summer and she got to cook us and spoil us rotten. Reilly got a new job, and we got to spend Thanksgiving with Family and friends I applied for my Citizenship.
Our family is happy and healthy and I am happy. It was a good year.
2014 bring it on!
